Acronym for "Open Standards for Container/Content Allowing Re-use". It is a special interest group at LISA. This group has provided definitions for standards such as TMX and TBX for respectivelly translation memory and terminology data exchange.
The commitee includes member for companies such as Alpnet, BYU, GlobalSight, IBM, JDEdwards, RWS Group, Sun Microsystems, Star, SDL, SAP, Trados, Wetzel and Welocalize.
